Delicious Quick & Easy Fried Rice

The thing i love about this recipe is that you can throw in anything and it will come out right! I used short cuts to make this taste amazing… Exhibit A – The seasoning Aromat this all purpose seasoning does all the work allowing you to focus more on the prepping and actual cooking a less worrying about the taste! Ofcourse if you don’t have Aromat, you can use any all purpose seasoning or Chicken/Veg stock cubes as it would do just fine or even the classic soy sauce, salt and black pepper with some garlic and ginger would taste great! I’ve listed the ingredients and measurements below:

*PS I left out pineapples as well as eggs, for this particular recipe. If if you do like the two you can add them in. Just ensure your fry the egg separately and add the pineapples in last.

*Other Fillings: Eggs, Chicken , Praws, Beef, Peas and Beans (Vegans) and any other of your choice!

Ingredients used in video: Serving 4

Seasoning:

– 1 Tablespoon Aromat All Purpose seasoning or any of your choice (Chicken/ veg stock / Soy sauce all great alternatives to this)
–  1 Teaspoon Black pepper
–  1/4 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
–  1 Teaspoon of Schwartz or River Dunns Curry powder (Favourite Curry Powder Brands)

Other Ingredients:

– 1 Tablespoon Tiana Organic Coconut Oil
– 2 Cups of Jasmine rice (Or Rice of Your Choice)
–  1 Onion
– 2 Spring onions
– 1 Red bell peppers
– 1 Scotch bonnet
– 4 Frankfurter sausages
– 1 Cup of Chicken pieces
– 1 Cup of Brocoli and Sugarsnap peas ( or Mixed veg)
– 1 Teaspoon of Butter

 

 

  1. The presentation of this recipe is beautiful! I’ve only had pineapple fried rice one, and gosh, it was amazing. I’ll try your recipe with the pineapple and eggs. Great post!
