Last Thursday, after seeing the spectacular west end show Matilda (my childhood heroine) I and a few friends headed out to dinner. We headed straight to Wagamama a Japanese restaurant; for some ramen noodles, katsu curry and my all time favourite, the firecracker – a subtly sweet, fiery sauce cooked with a choice of prawns (or chicken), peppers, onions and hot red chilies served with sesame seeds, shichimi and fresh lime sprinkled over a ball of perfectly steamed rice.
I was fully immersed in my meal as you can see and I recently improved my chopstick skills after so many failed attempts. I found this really cool article HERE on how to use chopsticks, you can also have a look at the diagram below.
