  1. Hiya, my favourite smoothie recipe is spinach, banana, pineapple and strawberry, with some honey and almond milk because it tastes soooo good and is full of all the good stuff x

  2. I love almost every smoothie but my fave has to be pineapple juice, banana ,strawberry, raspberry,black/blueberries, a few grapes and to top it off peach flavoured yogurt!!??☺??

  3. If not peach yogurt the tropical /multi-fruit. If I win this I will be amazed and so will my mom be because I keep using hers!

  4. My favourite smoothie is the banana mango and kale smoothie and when mangos are not in season I substitute for watermelon (just a little..so my smoohie doesn’t become a juice). I love this because these ingredients are available almost round the year and it’s awfully rich in iron given my age … the loyal PMS group … I need iron a lot. P.S I’m in love with your YouTube channel thumbs up!

  5. My favourite smoothie is the combination of banana, cucumber, spinach, strawberry, blueberry, coconut water and coconut. Not only does it quench my hunger but the mixture of sour and sweetness and green makes it a lot more nutritious. Thank you

  6. Hey Kezia, I love your blog and I’m a big fan of your YouTube videos. My favourite smoothie currently is banana, raspberry, mango and passion fruit (with plain yoghurt). I love it because it’s so refreshing, it’s a great energy boost and it simply tastes delicious!

  7. My favorite smoothie consists of pineapple, strawberry and peanut butter powder. I love how the fruits pair together and you get a kick of protein with the peanut butter powder!

  8. My favourite smoothie is a mix of fruits and vegetables and definitely a green smoothie I like feeling like I’m being healthy when I make one. Mine has a twist to it though but was definitely inspired by Bills green smoothie. I use spinach, kale, cucumber, banana, kiwi and vanilla flavoured Greek yourgurt, a bit of pineapple but that’s optional. Ice and enjoy x

  9. My favourite at the moment has to be a combination of pomegranate, ice, orange, blueberry, bananas and strawberries which is actually a recipe i ‘invented’ after i tried to recereate the innocent smoothies ‘pomegranet, acai berries and blueberries smoothie’ haha

  10. Hey Kezia, I love your blog and YouTube videos . When ever you upload I’m way too exited ?
Well my favorite smothie is banana and strawberrry and some veggies because it’s easy to go and it keeps me healthy. Xoxo

  11. Hi Kezia, I love your videos!!!
my favorite smoothie is 1/2 a cucumber, 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, 1 apple, and fresh lemon juice and water because it helps detox your body but can its also be quite filling

  12. Actually, anything with spinach because that’s my only wa to eat a proper about of greens lol and spinach being so complete is number one choice. Usually spinach, orange juice and some fruit that were on sale. In this case just avoid banana… it doesn’t go well with the mixture.

  13. Half an avocado mixed with banana and either milk or water & top it with some shredded coconut !!! Its so gooood and for me It is a great way to include some healthy fats in my diet since I’m not a big fan of avocados. Also the coconut adds more flavour than you would probably think ! Definitely worth a try.

  14. Hola Kezia! a quick and easy smoothie recipe of mine is a hand full of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and 1 cup of honey flavored Greek or lite yogurt. I’ll sometimes add a small scoop of protein powder for a boost of, well of course protein! It’s DELISH and filling and nice way to start the day. I recently subscribed to your YouTube channel and look forward to your future videos. Your recipes are fun and delightful. Have a good one ?

  15. Im looking through all these smoothie recipes wondering which one I should make first …hmmm so many delicious recipes but so little time to try them all D:

…So my all time favourite smoothie is lemon, raspberry & mint! Its literally so simple & its so convenient because my mum grows all three ingredients in our back garden. Originally I started making lemon and raspberry tea during the winter but with summer here (finally) I decided to transform it into a smoothie so I added a bit of mint, blended it up with ice & voi la. It pretty much tastes of summer in a cup!

  16. My favorite smoothie is your breakfast smoothie (Raspberry, Blueberry, Bananas, Kiwi, Lime). I love this smoothie because it is convenient and easy to make. It is also very nutritious and filling. This smoothie is a great alternative for me in the morning when I am on the go and don’t have time to sit for breakfast. It is also my favorite because it provides me with lots of health benefits. Ever since i came across this recipe my mornings have been so much easier and better.

  17. My favorite smoothie is a peach, banana, and strawberry smoothie. I add some soy milk or almond milk to make sure it can blend easily. I hate to do this because my blender isn’t that strong because I’ve dulled it down with always drinking smoothies haha. This is my favorite because it simple with the perfect amount of sweet. I don’t have to add any sugar which I love.

  18. My favourite smoothie is a blend of strawberries , blueberries, bananas, and almond milk then I add in unsalted cashews, oats , and sunflower seeds for protein . And sometimes I will add honey if it is not sweet enough. It’s my favourite because I get to have the protein that I need , it’s filling for the times when I don’t feel like eating a big meal , and the protein shakes in the stores don’t fill me up. sb (sometimes I’ll add unsweetened peanut butter with peanuts in them )

  19. My favourite smoothie recipe is a blend of tangerines, grapefruit and strawberries. I love it because I like sweet and tangy fruits and it is also very filling.

  20. Hey Kezia, my favourite smoothie is Ugu leaves(Pumpkin), Banana and Pineapple. I’d rather Kale but its kinda difficult and expensive to get in Nigeria so i substitute it with Ugu ( am not a bush girl o) which equally very nutritious plus it has that ”Kalely” texture and Banana and Pineapple gives me the thickness and sweetness in enjoy in smoothies.

  21. Hi Kezia, my favourite smoothie is really simple and tasty. I basically blend bananas and watermelon. It’s quick and exactly what I need for the day at uni.

  22. Hi kezia, my favorite smoothie is so delicious, its easy, just mango and banana blended together with milk, (you can also add nuts/almonds). Im mostly in love with this because it taste that good, but also because its really healthy.

  23. Heyy !! It’s Temi. My favourite smoothie would have to be the homemade strawberry and mango my mother makes simply due to the colour and flavour. The colour being a light creamy but tropical pink, and the flavours combined give a sweet and tangy taste. The combination of strawberry and mango isn’t just good for smoothies but also ice tea and ice cream

  24. Heyy !! It’s Temi. My favourite smoothie would have to be the home made strawberry and mango my mother makes simply due to the colour and flavour. The colour being a light creamy but tropical pink, and the flavours combine give a sweet strong aroma with a strong piquant flavour. The combination of strawberry and mango isn’t just good for smoothies but also ice tea and ice cream. It’s also quite high in sodium and Vitamin A.

    Thanks xo

  25. Hi!! My name is Gloria and my favourite smoothie is passion fruit, mango, banana and orange. I love it becausr it has a sweet taste but also because I think it is quite refreshing

  26. Keziaa!! <3
My favorite smoothie is a blend of mango, pineapple and passion fruit, with orange juice. A few years ago I was 'playing' with ingredients and I decided to mix these fruits together. Ever since then, I have found this to be my favorite smoothie, especially since it contains pineapple, which is my favorite fruit.
Also, thank you so much for your YouTube channel. You have greatly inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and actually start to prepare meals for my family. I appreciate all the recipes you have and I am always looking forward to when you will post the next video.
    xx Charity O.

  27. my favourite smoothie is strawberry and mango, just because its so refreshing and when im feeling naughty i had hagen daz strawberry cheesecake ice cream to it and can get away with it! haha

  28. Hi Kezia 🙂
My favourite smoothie is a blend of spinach, cucumber, banana, pineapple and kiwi, simply because it’s energising, nutritious and really yummy!

  29. Hi Kezia,

This is my delectable, healthy recipe, as it has a great source of low calorie antioxidants and fiber. It also contains lean protein which keeps me full.
The colour is what has me sold as it’s my favourite colour too. I’m sure you know purple’s the color of royalty, making this blend the perfect for us – Haa!
Plus, the recipe is totally customizable based on what type of berries and protein powder you prefer. But I normally stick to the below – sometimes at cherry’s for extra sweetness

My Ingredients are (blended together in a food processor):
    frozen raspberries
    frozen blueberries
    1/2 orange, peeled
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (protein world)
    1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

I hope you can try someday 😀
    Wunmi x

I haven’t made smoothies at home as an adult before but I would love to as when I’m out in town, I always go to the juice bar. My favourite is the banana and strawberry combination. 33. My favorite smoothie is mango and pineapple because it’s so delicious and refreshing in the summer 🙂

  34. My favorite smoothie is pineapple and banana smoothie with low fat yogurt. I am currently on a weight loss journey and the only way i can eat a lot of fruits and vegetables is by making smoothies and this is the most delicious is like i am having a treat compared the other green smoothies i take. It has really helped me with my cravings for chocolates and other sweet things.

  35. My favorite smoothie is strawberry and banana. Though I do try to add different things like oats, various greens, and yogurt to mix it up. Also a little vanilla is a must. I love this one just because I can add some healthy stuff to make me feel good about eating veggies every so often.

  36. my favorite smoothie is a morning smoothie which includes; soya chocolate milk, peanut butter, banana, cinnamon powder and oats as it is a quick on the go breakfast and very easy to make! Keeps me full until lunch time 🙂

  39. My favourite smoothy is one with mangoes, passion fruit and bananas. I love how sweet it tastes and it’s still healthy. They are my favourite fruits, because they make me think about my home country (congo). You should taste it! Kind regards xxx

  40. Hi Kezia,
My favorite smoothie is the super berry smoothie with blue berries, straw berries, passion fruit, guava, black berries and raspberries. This smoothie is filled with antioxidants, detoxifies and keeps me super hydrated.
Note: Sometimes I add Mint leaves to add a bit of a ‘crisp’ flavor, plus it gives the smoothie a more refreshing taste.
I hope you give this smoothie a try! 🙂
    Stay Blessed !
